Essence of Universe Serves to you Meditation music,Relaxing music,Calm music,Yoga music,Study music,Healing music and Sleep music. Music is a beautiful form of expression. it is that form of art that evolves continuously. The benefits of reciting the Compassion Buddha mantra are infinite, like the limitless sky. Om The first, Om is composed of three letters. A, U, and M. These symbolize the practitioner's impure body, speech, and mind; they also symbolize the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha. Can impure body, speech, and mind be transformed into pure body, speech, and mind, or are they entirely separate? All Buddhas are cases of beings who were like ourselves and then in dependence on the path became enlightened; Buddhism does not assert that there is anyone who from the beginning is free from faults and possesses all good qualities. The development of pure body, speech, and mind comes from gradually leaving the impure states and their being transformed into the pure. How is this done? The path is indicated by the next four syllables. Mani Mani, meaning jewel, symbolizes the factors of method—the altruistic intention to become enlightened, compassion, and love. Just as a jewel is capable of removing poverty, so the altruistic mind of enlightenment is capable of removing the poverty, or difficulties, of cyclic existence and of solitary peace. Similarly, just as a jewel fulfills the wishes of sentient beings, so the altruistic intention to become enlightened fulfills the wishes of sentient beings. Padme The two syllables, padme, meaning lotus, symbolize wisdom, just as a lotus grows forth from mud but is not sullied by the faults of mud, so wisdom is capable of putting you in a situation of non-contradiction whereas there would be contradiction if you did not have wisdom. There is wisdom realizing impermanence, wisdom realizing that persons are empty of being self-sufficient or substantially existent, wisdom that realizes the emptiness of duality—that is to say, of difference of entity between subject an object—and wisdom that realizes the emptiness of inherent existence. Though there are many different types of wisdom, the main of all these is the wisdom realizing emptiness. Hum Purity must be achieved by an indivisible unity of method and wisdom, symbolized by the final syllable hum, which indicates indivisibility. According to the sutra system, this indivisibility of method and wisdom refers to wisdom affected by method and method affected by wisdom. In the mantra or tantric, vehicle, it refers to one consciousness in which there is the full form of both wisdom and method as one undifferentiable entity. In terms of the seed syllables of the five Conqueror Buddhas, hum is the seed syllable of Akshobhya—the immovable, the unfluctuating, that which cannot be disturbed by anything. Thus the six syllables, om mani padme hum, mean that in dependence on the practice of a path which is an indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha. It is said that you should not seek for Buddhahood outside of yourself; the substances for the achievement of Buddhahood are within. As Maitreya says in his Sublime Continuum of the Great Vehicle (Uttaratantra), all beings naturally have the Buddha nature in their own continuum. We have within us the seed of purity, the essence of a One Gone Thus (Tathagatagarbha), that is to be transformed and fully developed into Buddhahood. There are a lot of different meanings and different opinions on what each syllable means. Generally, each syllable represents one of the six goals of Buddhist existence and helps heal or purify and bring forth the positive qualities associated with that goal. Let’s take a look at the meaning of each word in the mantra: • Om = the vibration or sound of the universe; represents divine energy and generosity and purifies the ego • Ma = represents ethics and purifies jealousy • Ni = represents patience and purifies want or desire • Pad = represents diligence and purifies ignorance and judgment • Me = represents concentration and purifies attachment • Hum = the unity of all; represents wisdom and purifies hatred There are many reasons why yogis choose to chant this powerful mantra, but here are a few main benefits: • It clears the mind, allowing you to detach from the ego • The words help release karmas that may be holding you back • These words can send out a message about the kind of life you wish to manifest • It empties the body of everything but an awareness of the inside Essence of Universe: Meditation music-Relaxing music-Calm music-Study music-Sleep music-Healing music. What is a prayer wheel? Prayer wheels are an example of faithful to multiply the number of prayers they expressed by millions. This is because prayer wheels are filled with copies of mantras (sacred spells associated with particular deities) such as the mantra of Avalokiteshvara, “om mani padme hum.” The mantra is printed on very thin tissue paper as many times as possible, in some cases numbering in the millions. The paper is wrapped around a spindle and covered with a protective cylinder. In recent years, microfilm technology has allowed billions even trillions of prayers to be invoked with just one turn of the wheel. Prayer wheels range in size from small hand-held wheels to large wheels set into the wall of a building, like moveable pillars. They are made to be turned by hand, wind, water or fire power. When part of a temple, people will circle the building clockwise and turn the wheels as they walk. Thus they gain the benefit of circumambulation the sacred building as well as the prayers sent up by the prayer wheel. How and why is it used? Prayer wheels are used by many Tibetans everyday, sometimes for hours on end. Worshippers turn prayer wheels to accumulate merit, to help all beings in the world and to purify their karma (intentional actions). To benefit sentient beings, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas manifest in the prayer wheel to purify all our negative karmas and obscuration's and to cause us to actualize the realizations of the path to enlightenment.” Turning a prayer wheel with millions of mantras inside is the equivalent of saying those millions of mantras, but it is achieved in a fraction of the time. Multiplication of benefit is also achieved by prayer wheels powered by wind and water. Whatever wind or water that touches the wheel will become blessed by the wheel and than can purify whatever else it touches of negative karma. Pilgrims are often seen making their journeys with prayer wheels in hand, or as part of their pilgrimage, they will turn prayer wheels at the monasteries they are visiting. With every turn of a prayer wheel, the deity whose mantra is therein inscribed emanates from the wheel in bodies as numerous as the mantras. However, the benefit of spinning wheel with a concentrated mind is said to be one hundred thousand times greater than spinning it with a distracted mind. #buddha #meditation #buddhist #Peaceful #chanting #ommanipadmehumfemaleversion #Healing #meditation #六字大明咒 - 天籁版本 everyone should recite this mantra. Monks chanting the OM Mani Padme Hum Mantra with chakra healing sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls for 3 hours long. On the meaning of: OM MANI PADME HUM The jewel is in the lotus or praise to the jewel in the lotus by His Holiness Tenzin Gyatso The Fourteenth Dalai Lama of Tibet It is very good to recite the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM, but while you are doing it, you should be thinking on its meaning, for the meaning of the six syllables is great and vast. The first, OM, is composed of three pure letters, A, U, and M. He delivers in response a sermon that serves as an entry point to the Buddhadhamma for those unconvinced by mere spectacular revelation. _ To purchase the CD : "Tibetan Incantations: The Meditative Sound Of Buddhist" Chants [Import], please go to Amazon.com at : 🤍 At eBay please go to: 🤍 I do not own the copyright of the audio track ~ My purpose for up loading this on to YouTube is to share it with the world whom seek for it ~ My sincere Thank You, may merit be bless to all for allowing me to accomplish this ~ Amitabha 阿彌陀佛 Namasté
It is very good to recite the mantra Om mani padme hum, but while you are doing it, you should be thinking on its meaning, for the meaning of the six syllables is great and vast …. The first, OM … symbolizes the practitioner’s impure body, speech, and mind; it also symbolizes the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha…. The path is indicated by the next four syllables. MANI, meaning jewel, symbolizes the … altruistic intention to become enlightened, compassionate and loving…. The two syllables, PADME, meaning lotus, symbolize wisdom…. Purity must be achieved by an indivisible unity of method and wisdom, symbolized by the final syllable HUM, which indicates indivisibility…. Thus the six syllables, om mani padme hum, mean that in dependence on the practice of a path which is an indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha…. Listen and recite the mantra Om mani padme hum day by day is very great. Link: 🤍 TOM MEDTIATION MUSIC: RELAXING - BALANCING - HEALING. Please subscribe the channel for more update incoming videos.
Please open "Show more" tap below for details of "Om Mani Padme Hum", where to purchase a copy of the mantra and The Kālāma Sūtra (卡拉馬佛經) ~ "Om Mani Padme Hum" first known description of the mantra appears in the Karandavyuha Sutra (佛說大乘莊嚴寶王經/ The Buddha Teaches the Sutra of Mahayana King's Sublime Treasure), which is part of certain Mahayana canons such as the Tibetan's. It was stated inside the sutra, Shakyamuni Buddha said, "This is the most beneficial mantra, even I made this aspiration to all the million Buddhas and subsequently received this teaching from the Buddha Amitabha." This text is first dated to around the late 4th century CE to the early 5th century CE. "The Powers of the Six Syllables" The six syllables perfect the Six Paramitas of the Bodhisattvas. Gen Rinpoche, in his commentary on the Meaning of said: "The mantra Om Mani Pädme Hum is easy to say yet quite powerful, because it contains the essence of the entire teaching. When you say the first syllable : "Om" it is blessed to help you achieve perfection in the practice of generosity, "Ma" helps perfect the practice of pure ethics, and "Ni" helps achieve perfection in the practice of tolerance and patience. "Päd", the fourth syllable, helps to achieve perfection of perseverance, "Me" helps achieve perfection in the practice of concentration, and the final sixth syllable "Hum" helps achieve perfection in the practice of wisdom. So in this way recitation of the mantra helps achieve perfection in the six practices from generosity to wisdom. The path of these six perfections is the path walked by all the Buddhas of the three times. What could then be more meaningful than to say the mantra and accomplish the six perfections?" The six syllables purify the six realms of existence in suffering. _ The Kālāma Sutta, also known as the Kālām Sutta; Sanskrit: Kālāma Sūtra; Burmese: Kalama thoke or Kethamotti thoke Thai: Kalama Sut, or KesamuttiSutta; Pāli: Kesamuttisuttaṃ, is a discourse of the Buddha contained in the Aṅguttara Nikaya of the Tipiṭaka. The Buddha himself left us with completely different criteria for determining what is and what not real Buddhism from those of any religion is. If we accept Buddha's words about his philosophy, it's obviously won't do to just look at history, even the most ancient strata........ "Kālāma Sūtra" Rely not on the teacher, but on the teaching. Rely not on the words of the teaching, but on the spirit of the words. Rely not on theory, but on experience. Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. Do not believe anything because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and the benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it ~ The sutta starts off by describing how the Buddha passes through the village of Kesaputta and is greeted by its inhabitants, a clan called the Kalamas. They ask for his advice: they say that many wandering holy men and ascetics pass through, expounding their teachings and criticizing the teachings of others. So whose teachings should they follow? #ommanipadmehum Om Mani Padme Hum To Understand the meaning of Om Mani Padme Om click here 17:15 OM is the Name or symbol of Ishvara, God or Brahma; MANI means Jewel; PADME is Lotus symbolizing wisdom; HUM unifies spiritual methods with wisdom. 2:49 "The mantra Om Mani Pädme Hum is easy to say yet quite powerful because it contains the essence of the entire teaching. When you say the first syllable Om it is blessed to help you achieve perfection in the practice of generosity, Ma helps perfect the practice of pure ethics, and Ni helps achieve perfection in the practice of tolerance and patience. Pä, the fourth syllable, helps to achieve perfection of perseverance, Me helps achieve perfection in the practice of concentration, and the final sixth syllable Hum helps achieve perfection in the practice of wisdom. "So in this way recitation of the mantra helps achieve perfection in the six practices from generosity to wisdom. The path of these six perfections is the path walked by all the Buddhas of the three times. What could then be more meaningful than to say the mantra and accomplish the six perfections?" What is a prayer wheel? Prayer wheels are an example of Buddhist technology. This technology allowed the faithful to multiply the number of prayers they expressed by millions. They are made to be turned by hand, wind, water or firepower. When part of a temple, people will circle the building clockwise and turn the wheels as they walk. Thus they gain the benefit of circumambulation of the sacred building, as well as the prayers, sent up by the prayer wheel. How and why is it used? Prayer wheels are used by many Tibetans every day, sometimes for hours on end. Worshippers turn prayer wheels to accumulate merit, help all beings in the world, and purify their karma (intentional actions). They are part of meditation practice. “To benefit sentient beings, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas manifest in the prayer wheel to purify all our negative karmas and obscuration's, and to cause us to actualize the realizations of the path to enlightenment.” Turning a prayer wheel with millions of mantras inside is the equivalent of saying those millions of mantras, but it is achieved in a fraction of the time. Multiplication of benefits is also achieved by prayer wheels powered by wind and water. For example, if there are one million Manjushri mantras in the prayer wheel, then one million emanations of Manjushri will go forth with each turning of the wheel, and proceed to benefit the beings of the world. However, the benefit of spinning the wheel with a concentrated mind is said to be one hundred thousand times greater than spinning it with a distracted mind...
