En este sentido, comenzaré por presentar qué es la moringa y los compuestos que la conforman, los cuales le confieren propiedades antiinflamatorias, antioxidantes y beneficiosas para el sistema inmunológico. Asimismo, explicaré los diferentes usos medicinales que se le han dado a la planta a lo largo de la historia, especialmente en la medicina tradicional de los países asiáticos. Aunque no soy un experto en ayurveda, me gustaría destacar que la moringa es una planta que crece principalmente en India y Pakistán, y que ha sido utilizada desde hace muchos años en la medicina tradicional de estos países. Entre sus nutrientes, destaca su contenido en ácidos grasos, especialmente el ácido oleico, omega-3 y omega-6, entonces, ¿para qué sirve la moringa? tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias y antioxidantes. Además, contiene diversas vitaminas, entre ellas la riboflavina, la tiamina, la vitamina B6, la vitamina C, la vitamina K, la vitamina A y la vitamina E, así como una gran cantidad de minerales como hierro, calcio, magnesio, fósforo, potasio, zinc, cobre y manganeso. En cuanto a los antioxidantes, la moringa contiene ácido cafeico, ácido clorogénico, ácido ferúlico, ácido cumárico, sinigrina y quercetina, entre otros, lo que le confiere propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Además, contiene una gran cantidad de aminoácidos que le confieren propiedades beneficiosas para la salud. Es importante destacar que la moringa no contiene vitamina D, ya que esta es la única vitamina liposoluble que no se encuentra en la planta. En cuanto a los usos medicinales de la moringa, cabe destacar que se le atribuyen propiedades para combatir la inflamación, el dolor, la hipertensión, la diabetes, el colesterol y los trastornos gastrointestinales. Solo puedo decirte ¡Impresionante! los Efectos en tu SANGRE y tus ÓRGANOS de consumir MORINGA. Además, se ha estudiado su potencial para combatir diversas enfermedades infecciosas, como la hepatitis B y C, el VIH y la tuberculosis, aunque aún se necesitan más estudios para confirmar estos resultados.
